Successful candidates will have the ability to:

• Work independently, with minimum direction and oversight, and with a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
• Understand that a good editor is a writer’s best friend.
• Treat every employee with respect, recognizing each employee for his/her ideas and contributions – no matter what title the employee carries.
• Build professional relationships based on personal integrity.

We value education – whether obtained at a university or through experience – but we value talent even more. Multilingual skills are not required, but individuals who are fluent in Dutch, French, or Spanish as well as English will receive special consideration.
